Meet Dr. Nuri

Dr. Nuri Jeong is an award-winning neuroscientist, keynote speaker, and executive trainer. Born in South Korea, she moved to the United States alone at 15 with limited English.

She adapted fast.

She earned a PhD in neuroscience from Emory University and has spent over a decade studying how we learn, remember, and make strategic decisions. Her dissertation led to the discovery of a surprising mechanism of memory formation, published in Nature (2025). FOX News and YTN interviewed her. It was a proud career moment.

Nuri is no stranger to life transitions. A year before her defense, she was hit by a car while walking to campus. This incident sharpened her mind and clarified her vision. It inspired her to stop waiting and start building her future.

She founded Goals Unhindered to help teams turn complex data into clear decisions. Applying her scientific mind to her love of coaching, she has trained organizations across public health, finance, and tech. As a Korean-English bilingual, she also helps Korea-based companies scale US teams with culture-smart ways of working.

Dr. Jeong is creating alternative learning programs for business leaders outside the academia. Her philosophy is that learning should be fun, deeply motivating, and immediately useful.

She lives in Atlanta, loves traveling and eating. She wishes she had a Corgi.
